What better time of the year to celebrate Norfolk’s fantastic food and drink producers, growers, chefs, bakers and creators than Christmas?

Our delicious dozen of winners from this year’s Norfolk Food and Drink Awards, in association with the East of England Co-op, have shared their tips, recipes and festive traditions to help you have a fantastic foodie Christmas.

From top chefs and cosy pubs to innovative producers and passionate supporters of local ingredients, the winners came from across Norfolk and showcased the importance of the industry to both the county’s economy and its growing reputation as a great food and drink destination.

So whether you want to learn a great new way to cook turkey, get some great ideas for festive leftovers, mix delicious indulgent cocktails or to wow guests with your cakes and bakes, the experts are here to help you have a cool Yule.
