Ambassadors get a pack of information to take away, plus free passes and discounts – and a badge, window sticker and certificate to announce their new status.

The next course will be held on Thursday, June 25, 1.30pm-4.30pm, with another opportunity to train on September 23. Courses cost £25 for individuals, £37 for charities and businesses with fewer than 10 staff and £50 for commercial companies.
