With the pass mark set high at 94%, Eric’s scored an impressive 96% with the mystery diner particularly praising the food, stating “This batter was perfect, the best I have ever tasted. The shop was really clean, tidy and modern and finished to a high standard. The server was cheerful, friendly and polite.”

Owner Eric Snaith said: “We are delighted as a team to be recognised with this award. We only opened Holt at the end of July last year. It’s a credit to the team at Holt and to all the hard work that has gone into this restaurant and take away. It gives us all a lift during these hard times.”
