The special five course Christmas Day menu consists of French onion soup with gruyere crouton, beetroot and gin salmon with celeriac and horseradish remoulade as a middle course, before the main roast turkey with mouth-watering trimmings, and Christmas pudding with brandy custard, all washed down with a coffee and Christmas fudge.
